Royal Island (Vu Yen) Project (Hai Phong)

We are participating in Hai Phong’s largest township development project in partnership with Japanese companies. The project site, Hai Phong City, lies along the northeastern coast of Vietnam. Together with Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, it is one of the country’s centrally governed municipalities, with a metropolitan population of around two million, and is known as a key hub for both domestic and international trade. Situated on the rare and scenic Vu Yen Island, which is surrounded by two rivers, this project represents the largest urban-adjacent, mixed-use township development in the area. In collaboration with our Japanese partners, we are engaged in developing approximately 3,000 residential units on the eastern side of the township.
